Graphic 45 File Folder Mini Class Visusals

Front Cover

Back Cover

Pages 1 & 2

Page 1 - Fold out is cut 4x4 to accommodate the size of the rooster.  Page 2 is fussy cut and made into a pocket.

Pages 3 & 4 - Page 3 is a drop down diagonal pocket.  Create the pocket page at the time of stacking and gluing your pages.  Hint:  Fold page 3 first before gluing the stacked pages.  If you forget, just add either a 3x4 panel to page 3 and create a pocket that way.  OR, add a 6x4 panel over both pages with the pocket created on the left.

Page 5 & 6 - The double diagonal pockets are added by cutting a 6x4 panel, folding it in half and bringing the top corners at an angle toward the center fold.

Pages 7&8 - Page 7 is a pocket from a 2-1/2x 6 sized strip folded into a pocket.  A band is wrapped around the pocket and affixed to the back.  No other gluing of the sides is necessary.  Page8 pocket is basically a sideways envelope with a decorative edge.

Pages 9 & 10 - Postoids (little stamps) are offset above the page and glued to the tabs.  Journaling pages are slid under the postoids and can be removed.
Pages 11 & 12 - Corner pocket (Page 11) is a square (2-1/2x2-1/2) cut in half at a diagonal.   Page 12 pocket is the same directions as Page 3&4 above.

Pages 13&14 - These pages are a 'gatefold' design that open from the center (see below).  Two 3x4 panels are each folded in half and mounted to the book with the folded edges facing out.  The girl is mounted to a 3" strip that is mounted to form a pocket.

Pages 15&16 - A simple border strip 6" long is affixed to the bottom edge to form a pocket on both pages.

Pages 17&18 - Another gatefold configuration only this time you cut a panel 12 x 4 and fold it in the center first and bring the two ends toward the center fold.

Pages 19&20 - The scallop edged tag (pg. 20) is a pocket with the tiny envelope affixed to the front.

These visuals/instructions are meant to be accessed by paid class participants who took my October 5, 2013 class.  I would greatly appreciate you not sharing this link but encourage you to invite people to attend my upcoming classes who are also interested in my work!

Happy Paper Crafting!
